• Deliver excellent customer service across one or more freight categories
• Plan and execute transport orders, ensuring accurate system documentation
• Collaborate closely with our global operations network

• Proficient English skills for smooth communication
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of the transport, shipping, and logistics (TSL) industry
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, positive mindset
• Reliability and a desire to grow professionally

Nice to Have

• Certification or training in handling dangerous goods
