Overview

Join us as a Business Development Manager and take the lead in driving growth and building lasting partnerships. In this role, you’ll create, expand, and manage a strong account base while identifying and initiating new business opportunities. You’ll develop and execute strategic field sales plans to achieve ambitious corporate revenue goals. We’re looking for someone who earns customer trust, values collaboration, engages with communities, and upholds the highest ethical standards — all while delivering world-class performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develops new business across all of our core competencies
  • Identify, initiate and engage with clients that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams multiple services
  • Develop and execute a business plan that will achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the company
  • Work closely with local, regional and international operations staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met
  • Present an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts
  • Support and consulting of existing customers as well as further development of a professional cooperation
  • Conducting sales and negotiation meetings
  • Preparation of offers and calculations
  • Processing of customer correspondence
  • Preparation and assembly of accompanying documents (offers, concepts, presentations, etc.)
  • Planning; organization and execution of customer visits
  • Recording and ensuring data maintenance in the CRM as well as for cross-departmental topics in the CRM
  • Ensuring communication between Sales/Customer Service, Operations and to Management

Qualifications

  • Completed further training as a forwarding specialist.
  • 5+ year’s relevant business to business sales experience in Supply Chain Industry
  • Fluent oral and written Polish and English is a must.
  • Competitive and confident personality with strongly developed persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Willingness to travel around 10-20%
