Overview

We are seeking an HR professional who will play a pivotal role in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, while supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR programs. This position is critical to ensuring smooth hiring processes, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience in line with our core values.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the region, including drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and generating offer letters. 
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Own the onboarding process, including documentation, background checks, orientation planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring Day One readiness for all new hires.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver a smooth, engaging transition for every new employee.

 

2. HR Operations, Analytics & Reporting

  • Manage critical HR operational activities with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Collect, track, and interpret HR data, including turnover trends, survey results, exit and stay interview insights, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain and safeguard data integrity across HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support employees throughout the entire lifecycle: onboarding, probation, internal movements, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, letters, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure all lifecycle touchpoints are timely, consistent, and aligned with organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while enabling smooth HR processes.

 

 

4. HR Programs & Projects

  • Coordinate and execute HR initiatives related to learning and development, engagement, culture-building, wellness, and diversity programs.
  • Plan and support training sessions, capability-building workshops, and development interventions.
  • Partner with HR leadership to elevate the employee experience and reinforce a high‑performance culture.

 

5. HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to enable effective operations and drive people-related outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR SOPs while helping leaders navigate people topics with clarity and confidence.
  • Champion company values and ensure they are embedded across all HR processes and interactions.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Required or
  • Master's Degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience working in an HR role
  • Ability to learn/operate SAP Success Factors
