Ensure the smooth flow (Import & Export) of responsible customers  
Ensure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and procedures 
Processing of the assigned administrative tasks 

• Ensuring the smooth and on time processing of import & export shipments 
• Optimizing and securing the documentation of procedures and processes 
• Supporting and Advising customers
• Carrying out customs clearance
• Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
• Preparation of quotation and follow-up of the quotation process
• Conducting sales negotiations
• Securing and processing invoices to customers
• Monitoring of meetings and deadlines
• Invoicing
• Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).
  Preparation of Letters of credit compliant, Bill of Landings, delivery bills, customs documents, etc

• Diploma (High school) in business or international commerce or foreign languages
• 1-3 years of working experience in international forwarding
• University degree (nice to have)
• Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
• Experience in the use of a freight forwarding software 
• Fluent oral and written English is a must 
• Additional (major) European languages would be an asset 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization, strong cultural sensitivity, and ability to build up relationship
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently 
• Pro-active, target driven, solutions-oriented and good attention to details
• Flexible and positive attitude to excel in a client-driven environment, commercial awareness
