As Specialist Air Freight, you will ensure the compliance with and implementation of customer‑specific work processes and procedures across export operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned administrative tasks, supporting smooth operational execution and high service quality for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Processing and registering export shipments, including order entry and execution
• Organizing freight movements and customs handling while monitoring timelines, appointments, and compliance
• Preparing, monitoring, and following up on quotations and special customer orders
• Preparing billing, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting accounting through statistics and KPI maintenance
• Preparing and managing operational documentation, including delivery bills, bills of lading, letters of credit compliant documents, and customs paperwork
• Supporting and advising customers and agents while handling complaints, NCRs, and CAPA activities
• Documenting, filing, and optimizing workflows while performing general administrative tasks and supporting supervisors in projects
• Executing Dangerous Goods shipments in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• 1-3 years of working experience in international forwarding
• University degree (nice to have)
• Diploma (High school) in business or international commerce or foreign languages
• Fluent Italian and English
• A strong work ethic with an appreciation for ownership, independence, accountability and autonomy in your role
