As an Ocean Export Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely export of shipments for our valued customers. The Operations Agent Hi-Tech will be responsible for a multitude of global operational duties including quoting, tracking & tracing, vendor/agent relations, problem resolution, and high-level customer service. The Life Science Specialist will work within the Life Science Division as an operational expert. They will be responsible for fulfilling client requirements and expectations in regards to WHO GDP legislation (latest version), liaising with internal parties and external suppliers, execurion of Quality GDP requirements i.e. process, documentation, non-conformity handling and job accounting.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will ensure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and procedures. You will liaise with internal parties and external suppliers and contribute to the achievement of AIT annual goals & targets.
