The Customer Service Agent is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day trucking shipments throughout Europe. 

As an Operations Associate within the Life Science Division, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of client requirements in alignment with the latest WHO GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage operational tasks effectively.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining GDP-compliant processes, including documentation, non-conformity handling, and job accounting. Additionally, you will contribute to the achievement of AIT’s annual goals and targets by adhering to the company’s quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with and implementation of customer-specific work processes and procedures. Responsible for the effective co-ordination, progress chasing and management of all required communications specific to the day-to-day import/export of shipments, in line with customer requirements and contractual agreements in place.
